1General Terms

Necasino is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Necasino reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform whenever changes are made.
• Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.
• The English version of these Terms & Conditions is considered authoritative in the event of any legal dispute.
• Necasino reserves the right to decline any account registration without providing a reason.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Necasino, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Opening an account with a false age is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address within the same household are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• To complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Necasino and must be followed:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Necasino does not charge any transaction fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Additional verification may be requested for any suspicious transactions.
• Necasino strictly follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

4Bonuses & Promotions

The Necasino bonus programme is a special benefit for our users. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions — failure to meet them may result in the bonus being voided:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only and can be claimed once per account.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds come with a maximum bet limit — typically 10% of the bonus amount. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus claims are subject to an expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will no longer be available.
• Necasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected during a bonus campaign, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

5Gaming Policy

The following general rules apply to all games played on Necasino:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely unbiased.
• If a technical error makes the outcome of a game round uncertain, that round may be declared void and the bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the server's records.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Necasino reserves the right to change odds on Sports Betting, and the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
• Certain games may have a maximum win cap, which will be stated in the game information.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Necasino and will result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Using any strategy for bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other players.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Necasino may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• If self-exclusion is currently active.

If you wish to close your account, email support@necasino.ws. Any pending withdrawals and bonus balances will be settled before the account is closed.

8Responsible Gaming

Necasino believes gaming should be fun — and it stays fun when it's kept under control. That's why we encourage every user to make use of the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for your sessions before you start playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 1 day to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Option for permanent account closure.
• Loss Limit: Your session will automatically end if your losses exceed a specified amount.

9Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Necasino follows the process outlined below:

• Start by sending a written complaint to support@necasino.ws. Please include a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting evidence.
• Our team will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• Complex cases may take 14–21 business days to resolve.
• If you are not satisfied with Necasino's decision, you may appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
• In the event of a technical error, the server log will be treated as the definitive record.

10Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

Necasino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the platform and may also be sent to your registered email address.
• Updated terms will take effect 7 days after the changes are made.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
